Bright rooms with view and excellent co-operating staff, everything was very good. It was in a magnificent and stunning location walking distance to restaurants and bars.

We spent a really enjoyable time here, strongly recommend to anyone. The hotel was incredibly beautiful with a huge variety of budget rooms. Peaceful and exceptionally nice location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. Tangalle Beach district was worth staying in. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly from arrival to departure.

Great location! It's peaceful and really nice, just a 20-minute stroll to town. In the evening, we checked out Gayana Restaurant, which is a nice little distance away from here. 🌅

I had an incredible stay at Golden Surfer Beach in Sri Lanka. This beautiful hotel is located right on the beach, offering stunning views of the ocean. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hospitality of the staff were exceptional. The hotel also has its own beach chairs, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the sandy shores just a few steps away. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. As a solo traveler, I highly recommend this place for its perfect location and warm hospitality.

I loved the Sri Lankan-style hospitality, with friendly and helpful staff. the top floor room provided an amazing ocean view. the comfortable bed, mosquito net, and big bathroom with hot water were perfect. the balcony with table and chairs was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. the hotel is located in a tourist area with a beautiful beach, and there are many touristic restaurants nearby. the hotel restaurant served delicious food, and breakfast on the beach was a highlight. As a budget traveler, I appreciated the value for money.

The location is mind-blowing, just a 1-minute walk to the jaw-dropping beach! The son of the host organized a SUPER kayaking tour for us, highly recommended! The hotel is located within walking distance from the bus station. The newly opened train station Beliatta is only a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride away. The beach is fantastic with a quiet swimming area due to the stone wall in the sea. The staff is friendly and the cold beer is a plus. The surrounding restaurants offer picturesque displays of fresh seafood every evening. Best value for money in Sri Lanka!

I had an amazing stay at Golden Surfer Beach! The value for money was unbeatable and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, right by the beach and close to restaurants and the bus station. The staff treated me like family and gave me great tips for exploring Tangalle and the rest of Sri Lanka.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It had a beautiful location right on the beach, so we were just a few steps away from the ocean. The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were clean and spacious, with amazing views of the beach and ocean from the balconies. The hotel also provided free body boards for guests, which was a nice added bonus. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant served a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast with coffee, and there were plenty of other restaurants and bars in the area.

There was nothing we didn't like.
